1. How do I care for my crystals?

Cleansing: Use water only. Do not use soap or detergent to clean your crystals. You can use a soft cloth to gently dry off your crystals. If you happen to get grease onto your crystals, first use a soft tissue to remove the grease, and then clean your crystals under running tap water. Avoid using soap or detergent of any kind.

Storing: You can place your crystal bracelet inside your jewelry box or if you have a small soft pouch. Handle your crystals with care as they do scratch. It's also recommended not to wear your bracelet while sleeping or exercising (such as doing sports, swimming, sauna... etc.)

2. How do I choose crystals for myself and other people?

First you have to know what you wish for. Some people want to find love, some people wish to have good relationships with co-workers and people in general, and some people want to have wealth. There are different crystals for everything. Our main selling products are focused on "Love" and "Energy", but we can also custom design your perfect crystal bracelet based on your needs. This is the same when you purchase for other people as well. It could be what they have already told you what they want, or what you want them to have.

3. Does Love Crystal have other types of crystal for sale?

We currently carry Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz,Rutilated Quartz, Garnet, Carnelia, Chalcedony (various types), Tridacna, Botswana, Amethyst, Aquamarine and Citrine. We purchase most of our beads from reputable stores locally in Vancouver, Canada, as well as from United States and Asia. If there is something that you are looking for that are not within our standard product line, please contact us and we can provide you a quote.

4. I am neither religious or spiritual, can I still wear crystal jewelry?

Of course! Anyone can own and wear crystal jewelry, as you would purchase a crystal gift from the Swarovski store.

5. Does Love Crystal offer gift wrapping services?

Yes. All prices include basic packaging with organza bag and we offer special gift wrapping as well. Please contact for more information..

We accept cash, personal cheque and email payment for Canadian buyers. International buyers can pay with PayPal or personal cheque.
